Book a Session How it works

No pain.
Just power.

"Simply lie back, close your eyes, relax and let the light do its magic."

The Dermalux Flex MD is a clinically proven, professional-grade LED phototherapy device, the same technology trusted by leading skin clinics and medical practices across the UK.

LED phototherapy uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate your skin cells at a cellular level, helping them to heal, regenerate and perform better: treating the true root causes of your skin concern, not just the surface symptoms.

It's holistic and non-invasive, but genuinely cutting-edge. And unlike many aesthetic treatments, it works alongside your skin's natural processes rather than against them.

Three wavelengths.
One intelligent treatment.

The Flex MD uses three clinically recognised wavelengths of light, each targeting different skin concerns and working synergistically when combined.

415nm
Blue Light
Targets acne at the source

Blue light penetrates into the pore and destroys the bacteria responsible for acne breakouts, without harsh chemicals or side effects. It also reduces sebaceous gland activity, helping to rebalance oilier skin types over time.

Acne Congestion Oily skin Blemishes
633nm
Red Light
Stimulates, firms and renews

Red light stimulates fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis, improving skin elasticity, reducing the appearance of fine lines and restoring radiance. It also carries strong anti-inflammatory properties, calming redness and sensitised skin.

Collagen Fine lines Redness Radiance
830nm
Near-Infrared
Heals, repairs and restores

Near-infrared light penetrates deepest into the skin, promoting tissue repair, reducing oxidative stress and improving overall skin elasticity. It also helps minimise post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, supporting clearer skin over time.

Aftercare guidance

Dermalux is one of the most low-maintenance treatments available. Here's all you need to know for after your session.

Results

What to expect

It is normal to experience slight redness or warmth following the Dermalux treatment, which usually subsides within a few hours. You may notice immediate improvements in skin tone and texture, however, the full benefits of Dermalux LED treatments become more evident over time with consistent sessions.

In the unlikely event that an adverse reaction occurs following treatment, please contact us within 24 hours for advice.

Sun Protection

Apply SPF daily

Apply a broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen during the daytime and reapply as needed. This is good practice year-round, and especially important in the days following treatment.

Make-Up

Fine to wear immediately

Make-up can be applied immediately after your Dermalux treatment, but preferably just allow the skin to breathe as much as possible.

Skincare

Continue your routine

Continue with your regular skincare routine, or follow any specific guidance we give you. LED phototherapy works best when supported by a consistent, appropriate home care routine.

Hydration

Drink plenty of water

Staying well hydrated supports your skin's healing processes and aids the lymphatic system.
